My Approach
My approach to counselling is probably best described as 'eclectic' because I rely on a variety of counselling styles that I've collected over time.

Some of these include 'Person Centred', 'Acceptance & Commitment Therapy' and 'Cognitive Behavioural Therapy'. I'm also a man of faith and adept in 'Christian Counselling'.

If I had to narrow down my field of expertise it would be "carefully listening, to support, educate & equip you, so you can think more clearly & make healthier choices - with a strong focus on emotional regulation".

As well as being a trained Counsellor I have Business, Finance & Ministry qualifications. I'm widely experienced and I'm doing what I love to do.
I think holistically. Will not label. Will not judge. Will not breach confidence.

And most people say "you're so easy to talk to".

A husband & father of 4 young adults I've navigated separation & divorce, redundancy & career change, anxiety & depression and a blended family, so I have personal experience in most of the major issues that cause upheaval.
