There's medication for depression. And some of it helps. But medication is only one treatment option and for most, should not be an ongoing requirement. Depression is linked to hopelessness. So why don't we talk about your options.

Most people think that anger is bad. It certainly gets a bad rap! But in fact, anger that's used to harm someone is bad. And unresolved anger will harm you. I'll often say "If you don't deal with your anger, your anger will deal with you!". Have you forgiven that person? Really? Should we talk?
